These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, platform and services (together, the "Platform") operated by HIGH-TECHS L.L.C., a limited liability company incorporated in the IFZA Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with registered office at IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("HIGH-TECHS", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure and, where you make an investment, the Investment / Subscription Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
To use certain features you must register and complete identity verification. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) and sanctions obligations. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Platform allows eligible users to acquire fractional economic exposure to computing hardware ("GPU Units") and to receive distributions derived from the revenue generated by that hardware, subject to the Investment / Subscription Agreement. Projected yields and APY figures shown on the Platform are estimates, not guarantees. Actual returns depend on hardware utilisation, market rates, costs and other factors and may be lower, zero, or result in loss of capital. See the Risk Disclosure.
We charge a management fee of 2% per year, a performance fee of 20% of net profit, and a withdrawal fee of 1%, and we pass through applicable network and third-party fees. Fees are shown before you confirm each subscription and may be updated with prior notice. You are responsible for your own taxes.
Funding and withdrawal methods, minimums, processing times and limits are described on the Platform. We may apply holds or additional checks where required by law or our risk policies.
You agree not to: use the Platform for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorised access; interfere with its operation; use it for money laundering or fraud; or provide false information. We may suspend access for breach.
All content, trademarks and software on the Platform are owned by HIGH-TECHS or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits or investment value. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud).
We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, where required by law, for breach of these Terms, or to protect the Platform or other users.
We may amend these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to arbitration at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), with seat in Dubai.
